Air Hockey
I installed the new end of the table.  The installation didn't go too bad.  Four bolts hole the end on.  It took a bit of contortion to get to them but nothing really unusual.  The new part appears to have an improved design over the originals.  I plan to order another one.

Trap Door
I found it with an out of order sign and an E9 error.  I found that the trolley was getting hung up on the rear corner.  The trolley moved freely in the track. I cleaned the roller and it seemed better but still seemed to be hanging up occasionally in that area.  I gave a call to Benchmark for some suggestions and they had a couple of suggestions including replacing the roller itself.  I ordered a couple of replacements, hopefully that will solve this issue.
The first shipment of parts I got weren't right but I didn't notice until I got to the location and tried to install them.  They weren't even close.  I called Benchmark back and they were extremely apologetic about it and sent me the proper parts via priority and didn't charge me for them.  That sort of excellent customer service is rare nowadays and I was shocked at how well Benchmark took care of the situation.

Game Sale
I had someone express an interest in a game that I had for sale a while back.  I had pushed the game back into the corner after it hadn't sold, so I dug it out and took several
pictures and videos of it working.  I spent around two hours moving and taking the pictures and another hour uploading the pictures and video.

Sonic and Tales
I was at the location doing collection and I found that someone had pulled the trim work off the top of the game.  This isn't a small part, it is a three or four foot circle that they managed to pull off.  Luckily the way the game was built prevented them from being able to pull it the entire way off.  It was a wonder that they didn't just break the part that was holding it on too.  I dug around the location and managed to find some Liquid Nails that worked great to reattach the part.  I glued it, taped it up and went about the
rest of my work.  I came back and hour later pulled the tape off and the part seemed firmly attached again.

Air Hockey
It was exactly three days that I was at this location and replaced the end of the air hockey table.  I can't say I was shocked when I saw it but I still was somewhat surprised that
in three days the end got a few decent sized scratches on it already.  As an experiment, I tried to scratch it myself with my ring and wasn't able to as it is some sort of epoxy paint.

Skee Ball
I moved nine balls back into the proper lanes. I also found nickels in the coin mech again.

Air Hockey
The part I ordered for the table came in and I went to install it.  I noticed that the part is slightly different but I took the time to verify that it would work but
look different.  Since I tried to do this on a weekend, I couldn't check with the company before I installed it.  I called the company and they verified that the part
is indeed different and that is all that is available.  I need to make another trip back and install this part.

Golden Tee Complete
I found the game booting into a diagnostic menu screen that I hadn't seen before.  Rebooting the game didn't help.  I eventually noticed that several of the buttons were
coated in something sticky and the start button was stuck down.  I pulled it apart and cleaned the sticky off the plastic part of the button.  I had to replace the switch
itself as it was also sticky.  After putting it back together, the game booted and worked fine.

Hot Shots
I found a coin jam in the one slot.  I found a piece of cardboard and a ticket were the root cause of the jam.  Cleared it up and the game was accepting coins once again.

Ticket Eater
It wasn't accepting tickets, the motor wouldn't start when a ticket was inserted.  The red LED wasn't lit either, I cleaned the LED and it worked better but I couldn't get the
rear LED to ever light.  The eater was working but I needed to order some paper for it anyways, so I ordered some of the sensors.  I will replace them next trip to the location.

Skee Ball
Moved nine balls back into the proper lanes.

Drill O Matic
It was making the jackpot noise and not running otherwise.  I opened it up and found that the tickets were empty.  I did the usual reseat of the connectors and the game came
back up as usual.  It would appear that the game dumped out a few thousand tickets.  It is on my list of game to replace.

Jurassic Park III
The player one gun didn't seem to be working properly.  I didn't have any replacements along and I was out of time, so I let it slide for now.  As I was leaving the location
I found a couple of kids trying to yank the guns off the game.  I politely asked them not to do that unless they feel like paying for the repairs.

The Pennies and Nickels in the coin slot problem continues at this location.  I'm not sure what to do about it.  Perhaps a stakeout?

Game Delivery
I pulled out Sportstation and replaced it with an older Golden Tee game that I had in the shop.  Those Golden Tee cabinets get heavier every time I move them.
The delivery went well and other than almost dropping Sportstation off the lift uneventful.

Western Train
No doubt about it now, the motor that I replaced is not working right.  I will have to order another one in.

Sonic and Tales
I noticed that several of the lights around the ring were out.  There was one or two that I noticed in the past week or so but now that the
group of them failed I replaced them all.  I replaced around seven of the bulbs and I need to order more.  These bulbs tend to fail in large
groups.  It makes sense as they are all the same age and have the same amount of use on them.  But it is still weird to see it happen.

Skee Ball
Moved four balls back into the proper lanes.

Air Hockey
The puck return plate was knocked loose again.  I put it back on yet again.  I finally ordered a replacement for it.  $119 + shipping.  I am hoping that
once I have the old one in my hands I can find someone to weld or braze the return plate on so I won't have to buy one for the other end.  I suspect that
there is a reason why they are riveted on in the first place that I will find out.

Evolution Megatouch
The complaint was that it was locking up occasionally.  I have it in the shop and found that it only occasionally locks up in one specific game at one specific point.
It happens at the end of the Funkier Monkey game when the scores are being tabulated.  The hard drive passes all the tests I can through at it and the file check
does not find any errors.  I truly think that there is a bug in the software.  It took countless hours of play by several people to find when it happens.

Sportstation
It was doing the constant reset and reboot that usually happens when the hard drive is failing.  I rebooted it and it did come back up but I am going to pull the game from
the location and replace it with something else.  It has reached the point where the boards in the game are worth more than the game is whole so I am going to strip the board
and monitor and dump the cabinet.

Hot Shots
I found the game with an out of order sign on it.  I played several games on it and the game worked fine for me.  I think what happens is that people don't bother reading the
instructions and when the ball doesn't serve by itself they think it is broken.
