Air Hockey
I installed the new end of the table.  The installation didn't go too bad.  Four bolts hole the end on.  It took a bit of contortion to get to them but nothing really unusual.  The new part appears to have an improved design over the originals.  I plan to order another one.

Trap Door
I found it with an out of order sign and an E9 error.  I found that the trolley was getting hung up on the rear corner.  The trolley moved freely in the track. I cleaned the roller and it seemed better but still seemed to be hanging up occasionally in that area.  I gave a call to Benchmark for some suggestions and they had a couple of suggestions including replacing the roller itself.  I ordered a couple of replacements, hopefully that will solve this issue.
The first shipment of parts I got weren't right but I didn't notice until I got to the location and tried to install them.  They weren't even close.  I called Benchmark back and they were extremely apologetic about it and sent me the proper parts via priority and didn't charge me for them.  That sort of excellent customer service is rare nowadays and I was shocked at how well Benchmark took care of the situation.

Game Sale
I had someone express an interest in a game that I had for sale a while back.  I had pushed the game back into the corner after it hadn't sold, so I dug it out and took several
pictures and videos of it working.  I spent around two hours moving and taking the pictures and another hour uploading the pictures and video.

Sonic and Tales
I was at the location doing collection and I found that someone had pulled the trim work off the top of the game.  This isn't a small part, it is a three or four foot circle that they managed to pull off.  Luckily the way the game was built prevented them from being able to pull it the entire way off.  It was a wonder that they didn't just break the part that was holding it on too.  I dug around the location and managed to find some Liquid Nails that worked great to reattach the part.  I glued it, taped it up and went about the
rest of my work.  I came back and hour later pulled the tape off and the part seemed firmly attached again.

Air Hockey
It was exactly three days that I was at this location and replaced the end of the air hockey table.  I can't say I was shocked when I saw it but I still was somewhat surprised that
in three days the end got a few decent sized scratches on it already.  As an experiment, I tried to scratch it myself with my ring and wasn't able to as it is some sort of epoxy paint.
